'Superbad' Gives Way to 'Halloween'

After staying in the top spot for two consecutive weekends, the comedy movie Superbad slipped to #2 for the last weekend, giving way to the 2007 remake of Halloween. The pingpong movie Balls of Fury debuted at #3. Not bad.

An update on the WORLD WIDE ALL-TIME BOX OFFICE as of August 31, 2007: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is finally in the Top 10 with just five notches away from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, the highest grossing Harry Potter movie of all time.

In the Top 10, there are already three Harry Potter movies, occupying the 4th, 9th and 10th slots. The latest Harry Potter movie's inclusion in the Top 10 caused Spider-Man 3 to slip down to #11.
